Lane 6 · The door
ID, access and cash at the door
The door at Gateway Casinos Innisfil is where a trip up Highway 400 can go wrong, usually over a missing piece of ID. Here is what to carry to the door, and what is on hand once inside.

Age and ID
Every guest at Gateway Casinos Innisfil must be 19 or older, with valid government-issued photo ID in hand. Anyone 21 or younger also needs a second piece of identification that shows their name. That second card is easy to leave at home, so it belongs in the wallet before the car leaves the driveway.
Ontario law is firm on age. No one under 19 may enter or stay in a gaming site, casino or online, except staff at work. A teenager in the car cannot come in to wait. Age is not the only bar: people trespassed or self-excluded from Gateway Casinos Innisfil, or from any Ontario gaming property, may not visit.
Getting in with support
The building at 7485 5th Side Road is accessible. Wheelchairs, accessible formats and communication supports are available on request. A call before the drive up Highway 400 lets the casino know what to have ready. For the casino side, the number is 705-726-6770; the track's own line is 705-726-9400.
Guide dogs and service animals may enter the public areas. Support persons are admitted too. The age rules still apply to them, so a companion also has to be 19 or older.
Cash, coffee and the card
Bank machines (ABMs) and currency exchange are both on site. Complimentary drinks are limited to the non-alcoholic kind: coffee, tea and fountain pop.
My Club Rewards membership costs nothing. It is set up at the Guest Services desk, where staff ask for valid ID, the same card that cleared the door. Members earn points at slot machines and table games. Membership is optional, and the floor is open to any guest with the right ID.
